OK OC Foodies – Ready, Set, Go!
This Sunday, September 24^th, more than 20-local Lake Forest restaurants will showcase their finest tastes and libations at the 6^th Annual Taste of Lake Forest. One restaurant is boasting a Beer and Wine Garden. Joseph Moscatiello of Peppino’s Restaurant is quoted from his Facebook Page: “We will also be providing a beer and wine garden on my patio, and everyone is welcome.” Who can resist a good brew?

An estimated 20+ restaurants are said to be participating from all walks of cuisine-couture. And with an entrance fee of only $10, that is an average of .50 cents a taste. “Holy-guacamole Batman.” (Sorry, I just had to say that. My baby-boomer roots are showing.) You will be able to vote for your favorites. 1^st-3^rd place will be awarded along with “Best New Entry”.

Live music will be filling the air as you sip your wine, or roll your pasta, or crunch your chips, or chug your beer, all providing a fun and somewhat relaxing atmosphere. That is, if you can ignore the other 3,000 folks that will be there too. There will be a raffle with exciting prizes including a $100 Visa gift card! If you have a Shop & Dine Lake Forest Week Coupon Booklet, bring it with you, and you will receive a raffle ticket for every stamp in your booklet! Maximum 2-raffle prizes per person. After all, they’ve got to keep it fair. The Raffle Police will be watching –
